If you want to move into the inner city suburbs of Melbourne in areas like Clifton Hill and Fitzroy North, they were the most hunted for property areas for purchases. For areas that were proving very quick for properties to sell, spending just a month on the market on average were The Basin and Croydon Hills.
In Brisbane, Holland Park and Stafford Heights proved to be the most searched for suburbs throughout Queensland with Bokarina, on the Sunshine Coast, equalling Mount Gravatt as the quickest selling part of the market, averaging 38 days before a sale was agreed.
